Buying a lot and building your own home at Grace Point

If you’re looking into purchasing your own lot then you will have a three year built out from purchase and must take no longer than two years from the start of construction. There is no specific approved builder list but the builder must be reviewed by the developer and meet the high standards of the neighborhood.
