Gulf Trace subdivision is located south of Highway 30a bordering Grayton Beach to the east and Blue Mountain Beach to the west.  One of the unique and highly desirable amenities at Gulf trace is its beaches.  Residents and vacationers both are able to enjoy a very low density and low crowd beach in front of the neighborhood.  This is because the neighborhood is surrounded by Grayton Beach State Park on 3 sides.  If you are looking for some kayaking or standup paddleboarding you can venture out in the Gulf of Mexico or one of the areas coastal dune lakes.

Something special to look for

When entering Gulf Trace neighborhood keep your eyes out for some of the resident deer.  That's right!  Even though this neighborhood is south of Highway 30a bordering the beach it has quite a few deer that will wander around the entrance and sometimes the subdivision.
