Village at Blue Mountain Beach on 30a, FL

The Village at Blue Mountain Beach is a private, gated community conveniently located on 30A between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach.This neighborhood located between Scenic Highway 30a and highway 83. The subdivision has a mixture of vacation rentals and primary residences. The cottage-style homes are nestled among the trees, giving you privacy and shade. 

Amenities

You can stroll along the brick lined streets to get to the community pool, or walk out the boardwalk to take in the view of the nature preserve from a shaded gazebo. 
When you own a home at the Village at Blue Mountain Beach, you will have deeded access to two entry points for the beach.  The beach access point at the south end of County Highway 83 is an easy ½ mile walk or bike ride away.  You will also find parking and restrooms at this access point.  While you may enjoy walking the paved streets to the many amenities the community offers, you can also hop in your golf-cart to get to your destination.   Amenities include a large pool with a sundeck, a barbecue grill and pavilion, a Tiki Bar and cabana, lighted shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center.

You will of course enjoying the public beach access a quick walk or bike ride away. The large community pool is great for playing around in as well as swimming laps. There is a full-size tropical setting fitness center, just next to the pool. There is a cabana next to the pool as well as shuffleboard courts.
