Neutral colors work well because when the walls are a stronger, bolder color they have more of a chance of deterring potential purchasers for viewers.

Take the time to assess your property from the curb inward. What is the first impression that these prospective buyers will get when they arrive at your property? If you have a lawn, make sure it’s mowed and any weeds are removed. If you have a hedge, ensure that it is not overgrown. Check your fence to see if it’s secure and assess if it needs a new coat of paint for new boards. Consider your driveway, does it need a power hose wash to bring it up a little? And finally, your front door, could it benefit from a deep clean? It could be something to consider to place some plants or shrubs on either side of the doorway to make it more appealing and welcoming.
