If you go west after heading out of the main facility, you can go for a swim in one of the largest community swimming pools Destin has to offer. If you go south towards the very edge of the property line, you can also enjoy a community swimming pool that is smaller in comparison, but available exclusively to St. Thomas tenants.

Directly connecting St. Thomas to the beach are two separate boardwalks which will make your on-foot journey a pleasant one. Free beach towels and beach chairs will be provided once you set foot on the beach. Combined with a gated entry and security system, St. Thomas has an on-site office that is available throughout the day should you need assistance with amenities. The indoor exercise facility offers up-to-date equipment which allows you to get in a good workout lifting weights, running on treadmills, or using medicine balls. After the workout, you can go to the nearby saunas to have some relaxation.
