Amenities

You will be given the tools to succeed at Blue Dolphin as you will be provided with amenities such as a community pool and bath house. A community barbecue grill area is nearby that allows you to cook the meals you want. You will also be given a built-in trash chute in the facility to take out the trash. 

There is one elevator available to use so you can easily reach your unit. Once in your unit, you can expect to see 9-foot ceilings, custom wood cabinetry, and crown molding throughout the kitchen and living areas. 

The master bedrooms of each top floor unit have separate direct-access balconies which provide breathtaking views of the beach and waterfront. The top floor 3-bedroom units are bi-level, which means that you can scale up a spiral staircase to enter the master bedroom. 

Each unit contains 3 TVs and 3 DVD players so you can sit back and watch movies for the night. There is also a stereo you can use to play your favorite music. While you and your family enjoy Movie Night together you can fix up a dinner on the granite kitchen countertops. 

Things to Do

The town center of Fort Walton Beach is Uptown Station, a shopping center that features a mix of recognizable brands and local businesses. There are plenty of places to grab a bite in Uptown Station, including Tokyo Express, Thaiger Thai, and Kim’s Korean & Sushi.
