About the Building: 

The Majestic Sun Condos consist of two high-rise buildings, each of which houses 140 units spread over 12 floors. The resort has a variety of condos, which potential guests can choose as per their needs and affordability. From studio apartments to penthouses, the resort offers them all.

The studio apartments can fit around four people, having two queen-sized beds and a kitchenette. One, two, and three-bedroom units can house up to six, eight, and ten people respectively. Bedroom units have separate living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. Studios combine all areas into one. 

Penthouses are very large and luxurious, perfect for 15 to 20 people. If guests have large parties, they can easily enjoy them without feeling overcrowded. Penthouses offer sufficient storage space as well so renters can move around freely without bumping into suitcases.

About the Amenities:

The best part about the Majestic Sun resort is the swimming pool. Unlike traditional lagoon-style swimming pools at other resorts, Majestic Sun takes things to the next level quite literally. The resort pool has multi-level access and is located under the resort’s sophisticated arch. 

The arch prevents the pool from being out of commission in bad weather conditions. As such, guests can always enjoy the pool facilities. Thanks to its multi-level access, the resort pool has a stunning three-story waterfall underneath a cathedral ceiling. Guests love to take photos on the spot. 

Apart from the pool, the resort also has two hot tubs and sauna facilities. There is also an excellent fitness area where guests can do cardio and aerobics.

Since Majestic Sun is only one of Seascape’s main resorts, guests can also wander around and access the other resort’s pools and facilities. These facilities also include a spa and massage station.

What to Do near the Majestic Sun Condos?

The most popular attraction near the Majestic Sun Condos is the Seascape Championship Golf Course. This is an 18-hole golf course, famous for multiple high-stakes tournaments in the entire region. It has rich, emerald green grass and a lush, artificial lake where players can rest and have picnics.  

The golf course is pretty old, having been around since 1970 when it was designed and built by famous architect Joe Lee. If guests do not have their golf clubs with them, they can easily rent them from the Seascape Resort. As such, everyone can enjoy the golf facilities.
