Room Size

Standing at an impressive 23 floors tall, Ocean Ritz has only 63 privately owned units available. All units have been designed with large groups in mind as only 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units are offered. There are 42 3-bedroom units and 21 4-bedroom units in total. You will have plenty of space in an Ocean Ritz unit as there are 1,322 square feet of space in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit, and 1,637 square feet of space in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom unit. 

Amenities

Carefully constructed out of concrete blocks, Ocean Ritz offers satisfying amenities that will make your stay worthwhile. If you dwell on floors 3 to 18 you will have 9-inch ceiling fans in all living areas of your unit. If you dwell on floors 19 to 23 you will have 10-inch ceiling fans. You will be greeted by elegant ceramic tile floors and granite counter-tops in the kitchen as you prepare a meal for your family. There is also crown molding in the kitchen and living areas.

You will also be given a convenient washer and dryer hookup combo so you can clean clothes, and a full-sized 70 gallon hot water tank will be provided to ensure warm water is used for cleaning. There are also built-in trash chutes that you can use at any time in the complex. 

There are large oversize balconies that will give you clear access to the sights and sounds of Panama City Beach via the master bedroom. Considering that the gulf frontage from Ocean Ritz is only 200 feet, your views of the beach will be spectacular!

One unique feature of Ocean Ritz’s outdoor area is its “L” shaped pool that is heated seasonally. Attached to this pool is an indoor and outdoor pavilion area. If you feel like have a barbecue cookout for the night in the comfortable pool, there is a barbecue area in place for you to cook your meals. Two gas grills and a picnic area are provided to make your barbecue experience a good one. 

If you love to exercise during the day, you will have an exercise room to go to. Then you can head over to the sauna and steam room to kick back and relax. Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire complex, so if you need to browse the internet while you relax, this activity is made possible. 

When entering and exiting the resort you will be met by a pleasant porte-cochere entrance that is enhanced by elegant cascading water features. The grand lobby and the reception area are surrounded by beautiful water gardens, which present a welcoming environment.

Parking

Aqua Gulf offers both covered and non-covered parking options. The covered parking garage will give you access to the resort via an air-conditioned and elevated walkway. There is a maximum parking capacity for 2 vehicles per reservation at a cost of $20 per vehicle for each stay. You must contact a rental agent 7 days prior to your check-in date if you need parking for additional vehicles.

Condo unit details

There are 233 units available at Aqua Gulf, and there is plenty of diversity when it comes to how many bedrooms these units have. There are 66 1-bedroom units, 86 2-bedroom units, and 83 3-bedroom units to choose from. You will have much room to utilize in regards to square feet as Aqua Gulf offers a lot of space. For a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit you will have 1,017 and 1,104 square feet. For a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit you will have 1,273 and 1,475 square feet for the bunk rooms, 1,283 square feet for the hall bunks, and 1,368 square feet for the bunk alcove.

Most of the units provide the same accommodations in appliances, such as 40-inch and 50-inch flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and General Electric monogram appliances like washing machines and dryers.
