What to do when staying at Seaside 30a?
The main attraction at Seaside lies around the large grass amphitheater. One of the most popular events is the weekly farmers market held around the exterior of the amphitheater every Saturday morning throughout the year There are over 12 restaurants and 41 shops and galleries for visitors and locals to enjoy.
To catch the best sunset not only in Seaside but anywhere on 30a is the rooftop bar at Bud and Alley's. Of course, the majority of people that visit Seaside income for the amazing Sandy white beaches and the emerald-colored Gulf of Mexico.
If you don't know by now you will quickly find out that when vacationing at a home in Seaside Florida there is no reason to drive your car. You can walk or ride a bicycle anywhere that you'll need to go. There is a bike path that goes up and down scenic Highway 30a and the rest of the roads are pedestrian and bike-friendly.
For those looking for a little bit of adventure and exercise try going paddle boarding on Western Lake. You can go to the Watercolor boathouse and rent a standup up paddleboard or a canoe and explore one of South Walton Beach's coastal dune lakes.

This thriving town center attracts thousands and thousands of tourists and vacationers each year. With only approximately 300 homesites this small beach community is in high demand. Watercolor neighborhood intertwines throughout Seaside and is sometimes difficult to tell when one starts and the other ends.
